Glass railings build open sightlines into stairs, balconies, and decks — interior or exterior, residential or commercial. Interior runs use 3/8" tempered; exterior runs step up to 1/2" tempered laminated for code-compliant open-guard performance on barrier-island balcony decks and oceanfront stair runs. Mount styles cover frameless structural, post-and-clamp, standoff, and top-rail-capped systems, selected to match the architecture and the load case. An insulated glass unit (IGU) is the sealed dual-pane glass package that lives inside an aluminum, vinyl, or wood window frame. When the perimeter seal fails, moisture works its way between the panes — and you see the result as fog, condensation, or a hazy view that won't wipe clean. The fix is replacing the IGU itself, not the entire window. Sunset Beach's 1980s-through-2000s beach-house stock is hitting peak IGU-failure age — direct oceanfront salt-air, UV, and wind-driven rain shorten seal life on the barrier-island stock, and beach-house IGU rotation runs accelerated on the rental side — and replacing the failed unit typically saves 60 to 80 percent versus a full window replacement and lets you preserve the original frame. AGG measures the existing IGU, fabricates a new sealed unit to match, and installs it in place. Single-pane to dual-pane upgrades are also available where the frame supports the swap.

We were ready to replace the standard builders grade shower frame door that came with our home to something more elevated and easier to clean. I wasn’t up for trying to figure out who the window manufacturer is then pay shipping, removing interior shutters and having it installed myself then re-installing shutters & caulk which is how window warranty works.
